Here are the paintings I did earlier...

This is the ore cart I painted "from life" while in Colorado sharing paints and such with my sister.
An ore cart with pink petunias.

I decided on this picture, because I wanted to attempt people again-- but I'm still afraid of faces. I think it's very romantic...
A night scene in Paris

It took me a while to figure out how to do that white effect plums so often have.
painting of plums

I was looking this one over, thinking it was finished, and realized I hadn't painted in the chains on the swing...the little boy (or girl) was floating in mid-air.

This one was a challenge because of the basket--and the intricate flowers.

This one was my first attempt to paint gold.
It's a smaller picture than the others, only 8 x 10.

I gave this one to my sister-in-law for Christmas. I kind of miss it, though I have nowhere to hang any more paintings...

And I gave this one to my older son.

This one, however, I kept. It's hanging over my computer desk.
